I offer individual therapy through telehealth for adults ages 18+ throughout Arizona. We will work collaboratively to identify your goals and objectives so you can get the tools you need to live the life you dream.
Rates.
Cost
The cost for an initial intake assessment and diagnostic evaluation is $200.
The cost for follow up individual counseling sessions is $160 per therapeutic hour (approximately 53 minutes).

Paymentand Insurance
I accept HSA/FSA and all major credit cards as forms of payment. Payment is due at time of session.
While I am not in-network with any health insurance plans, I can provide a superbill for psychotherapy services that you may submit to your insurance company for potential out-of-network reimbursement. Coverage for out-of-network mental health services varies by insurance plan, and reimbursement is not guaranteed. I recommend contacting your insurance provider directly to verify your out-of-network benefits, determine your eligibility for reimbursement, and learn about the claims submission process. Your insurance company can also explain any deductibles, copays, or coverage limitations that may apply.
Cancellation Policy
You will be charged a $75 fee if you cancel your appointment and do not provide me with at least 48 hours notice and a full session fee if session is cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment or you do not attend your scheduled appointment. There are no exceptions to this policy.
